Stayed here for Christmas and enjoyed the festive decorations in the lobby. the free shuttle from the airport was convenient and the check-in process was fast. the room was furnished with modern Chinese decor and had all the necessary amenities. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The location was quite far from major attractions and there were not many dining options within walking distance. the breakfast was underwhelming and lacked variety.

1) I was quoted a total rate on-line of CNY 546.00 but was told at the airport that there was an additional 15% tax which I had to pay - even though this is shon under taxes on my on-line confirmation, you should make this more clear. 2) I chose this hote because it was close tio the aiurport with a supposedly free shuttle service but ended up paying an additional CNY 60.00 for the same hotel shuttle bus because I left before the normal starting time of 6AM!!! This should also be made very clear to customers.

The hotel was not as described - Even our man in China was disgusted with the service - lack of facilities and general appearance - we will stear well clear of this one.

Very close to the airport but no taxi driver know the place.

I stayed in this hotel 1 night for a luxury suite, I wished a great moment with my bride but it was a nightmare, nothing was good, no internet, no air conditioned (+27° in the room), bathroom not very clean (no paper in toilet) and not possible to pay with Amex... (All these things was possible when I book in this hotel).... The shuttle of hotel is a nightmare too, no place for baggages... This hotel ant be international but it s not....

The hotel was near the airport and the staff were very helpful in ensuring I made it to the airport in time to catch my flight.

Rooms without daylight - I changed room. Ineffective air conditioning. Reception staff spoke virtually no English. Airport shuttle bus very hard to obtain from airport due language barrier. 3 hour power outage at night with no generator back up. This is a chinese hotel and not an international hotel

Very clean modern rooms; excellent location very close to the airport (for early morning departure the following day), excellent price.

Restaurant closed at 9:00 pm (unusual for an airport hotel); no room service; staff literally spoke no english; except for its proximity to the airport, poor location; extra 100 rmb room key deposit which was not refunded the next day - even though I returned the key - because I did not have the room key deposit receipt , a copy of which they were holding in their hand.

Reasonably-priced, pretty nice standard.
